MyQ Roger Authentication Outage
On April 29, 2026, following a routine upgrade of the MyQ Roger server, users were unable to log in due to an authentication system failure. The issue lasted approximately 60 minutes and was caused by incorrect Key Vault permissions applied during the upgrade. Permissions have been corrected and full service has been restored. A full post-mortem will be published soon.
